Here are some short flash movies that I think are just plain awsome.
Dendyn Dynasties is a short rave style fight thing. It's really awsome, even if you don't like anime. And then there is the all famous, Final Fantasy A+. Of-course its based on Final Fantasy, and the voices are in Japanese  . Fortunaetly there are subtitles.
